How do I place an order?
After deciding the product(s), quantity and color, simply click the “ADD TO CART” button that can be found at the right of each the product picture then proceed to Check Out. If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Check Out.
I am interested in a particular design that says “Price Upon Request”, can you tell me how I can buy it?

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards, and if you are in Greensboro, USA we accept Cash payments.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, accounts are optional but we recommended it to keep a better tracking on your buys and save your information to shop faster next time.
Do you ship international?
We serve customers around the world. Shipping times vary, depending on the destination country, and take approximately 3–15 business days. All pieces are fully insured during transit time and are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping to all US only.
How long do I wait until my order is sent out?
Every jewelry is send 1 day after the purchase.
When will I receive my items after I place an order?
The duration depends on the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. We are located in Miami, USA. So as close as you are will be faster.
How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available at the moment.
How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email, or check the My Account section on the website.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.
